Janice I can't see any code on the page to copy so I don't type anything and just exit from the Captcha screen, again though I have posted replies and started posts elsewhere on the forum and no captcha comes on screen Thanks again

Hi Bigboy,

To help us troubleshoot a little more, I'd like to ask you to clear your web browser's cookies and cache. If you don't know how to do that, could you please let me know what device and web browser you are using? I can give you instructions if you need them.

Thanks! Sorry for the hassles!

I've had this happen before on other posts and I have just clicked on the Captcha refresh icon that you use when you can't read the given code and want a new one. That usually works for me.

Hello Chipp! No Problem Well I have had this device for over 7 years now and if I don't know how to clear the cookies and cache by now I never will LOL I often clear cache as it only has 2GB of memory and this helps to load pages/images quicker! I don't often clear the cookies as after 128 cookies have been created the list is automaticaly over written. but will clear them manualy I cant see that it will makes any difference though unless each topic I visit creates a different cookie and in the case of the crate thread it created a corrupt cookie?

Seems like you can post okay now. I think we all get the captcha page on occasions, I know I do. I think it's just something on the forum we have to accept is going to happen from time to time.

It would make sense for you to try to post again so that we know if Chipp needs to be involved again and if so, to be able to give him some feedback on what you are experiencing.
