Default CloudFlare Security Message?

Hi All just tried to reply to a Pm and when I submitted my reply I got a CloudFlare Security Message saying: The Security system has been triggered for this site because of a 'phrase' or content in your submission? it's lists my IP address (which doesn't appear to be my IP address!) It asks the site owner to permantly white list me!! Any one else had this message either a while back or recently? Thanks in advance

Bigboy, it has never happened to me. I would try clearing out all your messages. I usually delete all my PM's received or sent, every week.

Hi Dee well something has triggered this alert! It's not as though my Pm inbox is nearly full cause it isn't Something is not right and it's the only time I have seen this Security Alert Message in the 5 years I have been a member of this forum I can see how deleting some of my messages will help but can give it a go! Thanks Dee.

I have been having an issue for about a week now. McAfee is sending me a warning message. "We tested this page and blocked content that comes from potentially dangerous or suspicious sites. Allow this content only if you're sure it comes from safe sites." View all blocked content. When I click on the blocked content box, the header is now visible. The header being the dog on the left hand side with the DogForum.net, and on the right hand side Welcome DeeLind7.

Right ok are you still having this problem and I take it when you click on the Blocked Content you don't get the page only the top bit like the Df Logo and Welcome message on the right side top of the page? I wonder if the 2 problems are connected in some way? Prehaps the forum has updated it's security. I have also seen ( nothing wrong in this) lots of new members signed up to this forum but they seem to be more than usual? Any way I am sure some one is dealing with my new problem and your continuing problem with blocked content. Either way we aren't new members so should be reconised by any security measures put in place

Dave, I can click on the view content, and see if I have any new private messages. I'm not really concerned about it. I'm sure it's a 24x7 job just trying to keep the spammers out.

The pages are loading fine. I do have McAfee security set to high. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

We have had to adjust security settings across the board and redouble our efforts to keep spam off the site, due to a recent increase in spamming activity. Thanks for mentioning the McAfee error you are receiving Dee. It is likely a false positive, but may be something that needs checking.
