Default Getting Pics From Mobile Phone to Dogforum!

Hi All Quite few members on her want to see pics of Nipper. I too want to share some of my pics with the forum. My set up is a Set Top Box called Tv internet. ( which is unique for a stb!!) that's connected to the phone line so I can connect to the internet. My pics are on my mobile so i am trying to get my pics from my mobile to the dogforum. It's not possible to connect to my mobile to my STB and upload them to the forum direct. I would think there a few ways to get my pics on the forum: 1. send via my mobile to a email address (which i have a account with) but then from my email address how do I get it to the dogforum? 2. If some one pm's me with their mobile number (in the UK) then I could send via MMS then from a members mobile the pics could be uploaded to dogforum. 3. Ask some one where i clean if they would be kind enough to upload the pics directly from my mobile to their computer to dogforum. 4. A free MMS service via the internet to maybe dogforum. So there's a few ideas. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I have a memory card in my phone, with an adapter that I plug in my computer, then just transfer as I normall would with my camera photos.

If you want, I could upload your photos for you, let me know if you want me too!

Hi Bigboy, I think I am beginning to understand.
There are online hosting sites that will let you upload directly from your mobile phone.
For example
photobucket: http://tutorials.photobucket.com/tutorial_6.html
photoshop: http://www.labnol.org/software/uploa...hotoshop/4657/
webshots: http://www.webshots.com/page/mobile
flickr: http://mobile.yahoo.com/flickr

I have never useed these but maybe one of them will work for you.

If you have a memory card or stick it would be so simple. A USB port would be a must also. At least all my cameras I have to have one for each to unload all photos and videos from camcorder. It is really hard as it goes right on the hard drive of mine. No take or CD.

Hi Bigboy,
Just so that everyone will see it, I'm posting a link to a thread that describes how to do it yourself.
How to re-send your activation email

Do please make sure that the email isn't getting rejected by your ISP. I suspect that if you aren't getting it when you do it, you may not when I do it either.

Let me know if you are still having problems.

Hi Jean I can't see my ISP rejecting this request as When I signed up to dogforum all the details were sent to my email address. The best way round this is to pm me my password. Pics should be posted maybe later today!!!

I will try re-sending a password to the email addy you have on file from my end. If it does not work, please let me know and I can try something else.

FYI the email will be coming from contact "at" shogun.org.
