Exclamation Mobile Version of Dogforum!!!

Right Guys we all have a mobile/cell phone well nearly all and in light of my automatic transfere problems (FTP) of pics to a reply/post which all though it's being looked at ( I presume!) and with members leading busy lives isn't time that Dogforum had a mobile version of the site this would probably fix the current problem even though I believe it can be fixed by some subtle code changes not asking for a complete upgrade to the whole site, but changes made on either after clicking on 'Manage Attachments' or the paper clip icon web page no need to go through it all again but when Choose File is selected it stays on this page and doesn't browse my files, Hence It means typing in long URL's which is time consuming and is open to typo errors. How ever there is no problem uploading pics from my files to the forum's gallery so my question is the FTP path is working correctly on that part of the Choose File but not on the other sections mentioned above. So what do other members think of having a mobile version of the forum? Thank you

Good luck! I am clinging to a land line as long as I can!

Have a land line and cell, but don't do internet on cell. Just don't want to pay for a data plan.

I have a land line and IPhone, and IPad. I do get the internet on both, and have no problem getting to the Forum.

What OS is the IPad run on and can you automatically transfere pics on the IPad to a reply/post with out typing out the URL? If it's running on Android then you will have the same problem as I do. I hope members can understand the problems I am having!

My ipad runs on iOS 6.1.3 and it is quite easy to upload picture to the gallery and move them to posts without typing out the entire url by using using copy/cut-paste options. My understanding is that most android devices are able to use clipboard features.

Janice thank you for the link which I have had a look at and a lot of it is very complex and includes coding!! Prehaps if you could explain the process on how you upload photos to a post
Personaly it's probably easy to make changes to the Manage Attachments upload page code just a bit of a tweak is needed!
As I have a feeling my Android device (which isn't a phone but a multimedia center device) won't do Copy&Paste I may be wrong though. Thanks again

I Never thought this problem would appear to be so difficult to fix! Like I have said before there's a small problem the code that needs altering once you clicked on Manage Attachments and you select the Choose File link at least if this was looked at and NOT ruled out as a possible solution to my problem then it would be great and I would be rocking and rolling once again. Thank you

Couldn't the same code (browse files) that is used to upload pics from a device to the forum's gallery be used on the upload page (via Manage Attachments)?
