Dave there used to be an option for members to delete their own posts and this was changed to what we have now. Every so often someone would decide - for whatever reason - that they no longer wanted one of their posts to remain and so went back and deleted their posts. This resulted in some threads no longer making sense with the posts missing.

What we are doing now is that if a member wants a post removed, to please PM someone on the moderating staff with your request. The decision as to whether it will be removed or not is made by the mods, we ask that you please respect that.

Ok That makes sense! A compromise might be have a time out on delete post button say 24 hrs then the button is removed then if a poster really wants their post removed a mod can do this. You mods work hard enough and thought you have enough to do with out removing members post it is Just thought it give posters the choice to remove their own posts

Here's another suggestion: at the bottom of a page is Top button which takes you back to the top of the page well how about a bottom button at the top of the page taking you down to the bottom of the page! It makes some sense doesn't it?!

Heres a suggestion. How about including in the panel with our avatar, rep points, number of posts etc we include a Name slot. Optional if you would like to include your First name so rather than posting and refering to someone by their username..we can refer them by their first name. Just a thought

Good idea but you can already add your name in your signature!

I have yet another one to put to the forum. Increase in Pm allowance from 50 messages to 100 messages or at least sent messages shouldn't count towards
the 50 message total.

Yes you can add your name in your Sig, but I wouldnt find it fun to scroll down to the sig pic just to see someones name when replying to a thread, easier if it were up under the number of posts you made or under your avatar or alike
