Default Pick a time (or times) for unofficial chats

Please vote for a time (or times) that you would frequently be available for chats. Note that all times are Eastern US time, so please make the appropriate adjustment. The times are also very general as well. I'll do further polling once a few general times are selected. I would like to narrow it down to two or three 2 hour windows.

I would like to chat to someone in there, I went in GMT at 22.03 but there was nobody around.

I'm happy to chat anytime.
