It is hard to say- I think you need to ask your vet about this. Rimadryl can affect the heart- and panting can also be not just trying to cool down, but it could also be the heart is working too...

I agree with no food. Fasting out the upset tummy allows it calm it down. Water should be encouraged, but taking to the vet if present this morning would be next on the list.
