Exclamation Site General Problems!

There's a few problems on site tonight guys! 1. Page loading problems have returned big time! Taps at top of page all intact But no Banner Ads. I presume there is problems with the Ad Servers at Overclocked.net it's taking upto 60 secs to load the rest of the page(s).

2. Forum Time is out by 1hr + (Even on the GMT setting) and the only way to put it right is set in my CP GMT to one hr less which means I have set it to the Aurzora's And Verdy isle's. Any one else had any of these 2 problems? BTW, My DST was set to Auto detect and I have changed it DST always on and it's not made any difference even after Saved Changes.
Regards

Further problems with page loading! 1. Banner Ads are now back but seems to be stuck on the same grapic image ( how ever long I wait before scrolling down the page!) and this is causeing not page loading problems, but scrolling down the page, it seems slugish and you really have to put a quite a bit of effort in to get any where.

It doesn't matter wether I reboot several times it's still the
same! Any one else had this new problem? (Well it has happened once before A.F.A.I.K) And can some look at these Banner Ads and the out of sync problem please Thanks in advance

Dave, I've been looking for any signs of a problem and not finding one. Server time is approx. 5 minutes fast vs atomic clock, but that's it. Your post times are correct vs your cited time and the reflected post time for my time zone at GMT -5, factoring in the server time being off by a few minutes. I haven't been seeing your reported performance issues. Don't know what to tell you.

Tom the Banners are now at proper pre set times per image shown so what ever caused the problem has now gone and my scrolling seems to be ok now. I will Monitor it see and report any changes. Thanks for getting back to me! Regards
