Question Golden mating

i need some advice i am going to mate my own two dog does anyone have any advise on wheather i should leave them together all the time or is it best to take him away to stay somewhere else till she is ready to mate ???

Best thing to do is to seperate until breeding. Then not only is it a reunion- but uh other things. Remember to have control so one doesn't pull away or try too. ( the other factors of why to breed, I am assuming you already considered..)

Are these both your dogs? If you are unfamiliar with breeding at this stage I have to say that the later stages will no doubt present a much greater challenge if not to say risk.
Is there no one nearby who has experience that you can turn to?

my family have bred goldens for 12 yrs i have a waiting list for pups already but this is the first time we have owned a stud dog they are both mine and unproven where as the other stud dogs used before were proven and knew what they had to do

welcome and good to see another golden lover!!I would keep them away fron each othe until she is ready so as not to overexcite the male to the point of exhaustion.I would follow Borzoimom's advice.
