Question My 6 month puppy keeps noring its self?

hi there
i just wanted some information i have a 6 month puppy and he keeps knoreing himself he hasnt got any fleas and i dont understand why he does this do all dogs do it and is there anyway i can stop him doing it,i hope i have spelt it right,thanks for ur time harmony xx

What breed is he and whereabouts does he chew himself? Sometimes it can be due to some sort of pain.

Check this skin very carefullyfor anything that might resemble mites or dry patches. where did you get the puppy from, has the puppy broken the skin with chewing?

he is an english springer spanial and we got him from a very good breeder i have check him over and there is nothing he just seems to do it sometimes just wonder why he seems to do it on his man bits thanks harm

Have you given him a bath/shower recently, if so what shampoo did you use?

no bath for a few months as its to cold and i was told by the vet not to bath dogs that often,i was thinking taken him to the vets but honestly he doesnt have dry sky or any fleas nothing its just strange and he is very healthly and that

He might have an infection on his penis so I'd get him checked out with a swab at the vets.
