Default Another question...water?

in the very early days, when the puppy is in his pen, does he get free access to water all day long?
probably a dumb question, but I just want to be sure.

All my dogs have free access to water at all times. Some people do recommend taking the water away from puppies a while before they go to bed for the night.

It's important that a puppy does get access to water for their health a dog can go with out food for a day or so but not water! So change the water regulary, no harm limiting it at night though

I have always given my pups and the mini-fosters access to water all the time. I have a clip on bowl for the crate that works very well for them when they are crated.
