I think it is all in how you rear him.
Rear him well and you will be proud of him.

What a cutie! I'm with techie. Proper training is key.

He's adorable! Congrats on your new companion

My only recommendation is to socialize, socialize, socialize with people and dogs, and take some classes with him. They can be dog aggressive if not socialized, and they can be weary and cautious of strangers. This makes socialization of utmost important. He doesn't have to behave like a lab, he won't. But you should be able to have him around other dogs and around strangers and have people come into your house without you having to worry about him starting a fight or behaving aggressively. This isn't going to happen unless you start socializing him now and exposing him to strangers and new dogs.

It probably hasn't descended yet. I don't know if this would cause health problems or not. Definitely not good for sperm production. If you are going to spay no problem.

Like techie said, it probably hasn't descended yet and it may not. This shouldn't have any consequences on his health except sperm count and production, which doesn't matter if you aren't breeding him. If you have him neutered, the procedure will cost more than a normal neuter and there will be more risks since they have to cut into him more.
