Default Determining when to go from puppy food to dog food?

I would like some suggestions on when puppies generally get off of puppy dry food and onto regular dog dry food? Do you generally go by the general information on the bag of dog food? Also, what are some alternatives to making your dog eat the dry food such as pouring water or tuna juice over the food?

Hi I would say around 12 months old. Yes you can moisten the kibble with a little water or even a bit of gravy, some kibble does have moist pieces of kibble aswell as dry bits. HTH ATB
