Default At a "bedding" loss

Moko still has not really left his teething stage yet and has now gone through 2 beds and a blanket and digested who knows what. (alot of string poos and puke)
I am at a loss of what to do for bedding. I tried putting nothing in there, and just having him sleep on the plastic, but I feel too bad and have visions of him hobbling around like an old man! He has a Nylabone and Kong.

Could it be that the crate is too big? He can take 2 steps back and forth and it is a good foot above his head when he stands.

Any suggestions are more than welcome!

Is it definitely teething or is there a chance he is stressed out at being shut in? Does he shred other stuff when he's not in his crate?

What about a cushion covered in something very tough, like really thick canvas? It'd be tough to get through really thick canvas

I used to go to carpet stores and get carpet samples or crate sized pieces of left over carpet. They were usually free. I never had a dog try to chew one of them. For a teething pup it might help to tape the carpet down so he can't get a start by chewing at the edges.

A friend of mine has the same problem with her 2 y/o mini poodle. I suggested something like canvas & she said he even managed to chew that.

i usually have a pillow with a protector and pillow case over it and the only time my boxer chews on it is when i'm too lazy to walk him... if he gets walked everyday and gets his attention then his an angel and is very content playing with his toys..
