Default My puppy is not well pls help worried!

hi everyone..my 4 month old puppy holly is not well. she has been so well since today happy playin gettin in to mischeif like any other puppy.. eatin drinking etc.
today she has gone from this energtic puppy to a ill one. she wont eat anyhting! or drink only from my hands.(im forcing it that way!) and she is being sick but its just like phlem sick (as not eaten anything) and is shivering. she wont play just wants to sleep. we have her on the pedigree puppy dry complete food so i tried givin her the meaty version but she wont touch that ither!
she is a blenhiem king charles and we used to have a king charles tri called lola and she died aged 5 months we was devasted.. she died from enlgared heart ..well holly is showin early signs of what lola went thru. off food notdrinking. she has had a poo and it was hard not runny what does this mean? im worried same thing is startin to happen. we are takin her vets first thing tomor but what can i do in the mean time i cant go thru this agan we love her som much and so very worried its history repetin itsef.

trayc, so sorry you are having to go through this. I think all you can do until she gets to the vet is to make sure she has water. If she won't drink it, maybe she'll lick an ice cube. Best wishes that it turns out to be something that isn't serious!

So sorry to hear your puppy is not well and you are going through this again, i cant offer any help other than an ear, please let us know what the vet says tomorrow, the ice cubes is a good idea.

I'm glad you'll be taking her to the vet. If you have a 24 hour emergency vet in your town, you might want to take her there tonight. Look in your phone book to see if there's a 24 hour e-vet anywhere near you.

If you phone your vets no there should be an answer phone with an emergency no. on it. Good Luck hope all goes well

thx everyone for yoir replies thank goodeness holly is now fine an well. took her vets as she dnt stop vomitting all night next morn she semed alot better and was drinkin an eatin again. took her vet anyway as wiv wat hapened with my last dog wa not taking any chances. he said she had picked up an infection her glands were up but not to worry as alot of dogs had same ..so all is well i have a haelthy happy puppy again phew!!!!
i was in tears night before just thinkin no not again i couldnt bear it i made him check her heart out wile i was there an he said its normal
