Default Yes! good girl Lilly!

Well i thought xmas would be a nightmare but she seem to have come on leaps and bounds, she knows to get into her bed when told, knows what no means, also comes when called and today she was brining her toys back to me when asked to
Ive taken the paper away during the day and take her outside, and she goes to potty, we've had a few accidents ( where i leave it to long to take her out) and when locked in her crate at night she no longer crys and again has the one or two accidents, but when my fella goes down in the morning shes goes to potty right away when let out

She still trys to dominate the kids ( but border collies are known for it) but the kids tap her on the nose and say "no" now and she quite happily wanders off, where as before the kids used to run off crying and stand on kitchen table lol
Gave her a bath last night, that was fun i think i got more bath water on me than she did, shes now smelling alot better and im so glad i got her.

So anyone out there with a new puppy and is finding it tough and like me at one point thought i made a HUGE mistake, my advice is bare with it, lots of treats/praise when shes done well, and let her know when your not impressed too and your puppy will blossom.

Happy new year everyone

That is great progress and keep it going honey. So nice to hear things going nicely for a person now and then. Send some photos too when Holidays are over and settled down. Enjoy.....

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALSO.

Nice going and keep up the good work. Isn't it a great feeling when they finally realize that you are the leader and they start acting accordingly?
Happy New Year from me also.
