when my pups loose teeth they are pushed out byt he adults so yes the adults grow in at the same time they are loosing teeth.
Im not sure when they all the teeth are lost, i find the front teeth fall out at about 4 months and the canines take longer, Becky is 5 months and they are coming out now, in a few days she will have no more baby teeth.
hope i helped and good luck

Around 4 and half to 5 months they start, u might see some blood on things and pick up baby or milk teeth. In dogs with errect ears, they often flopp cause alot of blood flow leaves the ears and go to the mouth. The K-9 teeth come in permanent and stay. They need to chew so get him a raw beef soup bone to knaw on. this helps the gums some. Often they make chews u can freeze also that helps. I personally never even paid much attention to my Shepherds only when I found a tooth, knew they were teething. They do grow up some then about chewing on things also.

Lightbulb Dog Dentist?

A common practice at spaying/neutering now is pulling baby teeth! If a dog still has baby teeth past the age of 6-10months Vets will pull them out.
