Default Shots

Can someone give me a comprehensive breakdown of shots that a puppy needs and at what ages each is administered on an approx. timeline?
Oh goodness, I'm a grandma now, and I don't even have my OWN kids yet

My puppy is 11 weeks and all her shots are on schedule so far. My little cousin wants to see her and they have a dog. When is it a good time to allow her around other dogs? I know that you shouldn't take them to a public park or a place with a lot of dogs until they are older. Any idea after what shots she needs first? Thanks!
