help. my pup is biting my new pup. go under dog training and look under by weim bites hard!

Advice is tricky here without actually seeing the biting. Is it play biting that has got too rough for the younger pup, or do you think it is acutally aggressive biting? Is the younger pup squeeling when he/she is bitten too hard and does the older pup back off? Has there been any actual injury to either dog where a bite has broken the skin? What are you doing when you think the biting is too rough?
