Recently I visited a beach where the large turtles come up to lay their eggs. A wonderful experience but a dreadful shame that not many of these little turtles actually make it into the sea. Here are some photos.

My what lovely pictures - that all look so exotic compared to where I live. Do those little tiny turtles really grow up to be that big?

Wow tahlee, like Skunkstripe there isn't anything as exotic here either. You are so lucky. What wonderful photos. The little turtles are so cute. We do have snapping turtles that lay their eggs near the creek where we used to live. We've seen them hatch a couple of times and they are very cute too. I love your frogs giant smile.

Beautiful pictures, I LOVE the sea turtle ones. Sea turtles are one of my favorite animals. I love seeing the baby ones, they're even cuter! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Maltese Love. I also love turtles. I saw a Galapagos Tortoise in a zoo south of here. He was a beauty and was 110 years old.
