Default Hi from another newbie

Hello.......I am currently helping to train and look after my mother-in-law's dog, and I have so many questions I thought it sensible to join a forum! I spent ten years messing around with horses, and the various chat forums available always helped back then.

So.....myself and my husband recently moved in to help out my mother-in-law, with a view to buying her house (with her in it) in the future. So she comes as a sitting tenant - and so does the dog, a 3 year old Patterdale Terrier bitch who hasn't seen very much of life unfortunately. I've grown very attached to her over the last 3 months, and have made some good progress with her. She's a little smasher, when she's not being a nightmare! I expect everything will become clearer in future posts, but for now I'll just say that I'm looking forward to good old debate about how to handle her. The dog, not my mother-in-law

S x

Thank you....and yes you're right! Particularly as the mother-in-law has some decidedly dodgy ideas about doggy discipline......yikes

Adopting just one Greyhound may not change the world... But I'm certain the world will change for that one Greyhound.
