I owned a German Sheppard too.Her name is jenny she's 4 years now. very loyal breed. she have done many bad things when she was small some times i punished her, but training is very easy when we give food. while you training give some cookies that's the easiest way to train German sharped i don't know about other breeds.

Hello Mike, and welcome from the coast of Texas. I am Sandra and am "owned" by a badger Great Pyrenees, Moose age 8, and a golden retriever, Sophie, who will be 12 on Jan. 8.

Moose was found stealing food from a salad bar at an open air café on the River Walk in san Antonio. He was thought to be a Saint Bernard because of his markings. But as soon as the St. B folks saw him they knew he was a badger Great Pyrenees. Actually they don't look like St. B at all...at least I don't think so. Interesing,..2 wolid what parents can have a litter of some all white and some badger, and badger parents can have litters of some badger and some solid white., I have never gotten into why some are solid and some are not.

Sophie our golden retriever is a red golden , or field golden. We have had had 6 goldens , 3 have been red, 3 have been gold, and in ever case, folks take the red ones for Irish Setters. I have also owned 2 Irish Setters and they are nothing alike except possibily the coloring. and yes, I am an OLD person (got my very first "own puppy": back in '56, an English setter...which I ended up have had several. We were quail hunters.
