Question Sudden change in behavior

I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem.
Last Monday I woke up and Sadie (almost 3 and Blue tick coonhound/Aussie mix) seemed fine. I got in the shower and when I got out she was a different dog, clingy, scared, wouldn't leave my side, tail between her legs. I have a 2nd dog, male, 2yrs, blue tick/lab mix. He was up on the bed, where he was when I jumped in the shower. I don't think he had moved and didn't seem distressed. I thought something scared her, but couldn't find anything wrong/different in the house. She seemed confused about which dish was hers, (luckily the other dog could care less) and was like that off and on all week. Friday morning I took her to the vet. They did an exam and blood work and found nothing. If I can get her engaged in something (play, walk) she seems like her old self, but when we stop, she goes back to being weird - to different degrees it seems. I have not changed her food and the vet doesn't think it was a seizure as the behavior has gone on too long. She seems skittish and jumpy at times. I heard nothing while in the shower and wasn't in there that long (15 min. tops). We have had a rough winter (I live in northern N.H.) and haven't been able to walk much because of the temperatures and ice and snow, but she was well socialized and never seemed scared of anything. She seems to stare out at nothing sometimes, but has had not signs of illness, she eats, poops, pees, doesn't cry out or whine, no vomiting or diarrhea. I'm at a loss and would appreciate any suggestions.

Welcome to Dog Forum Debra!
I hope this clears up with Sadie. It is indeed puzzling. Maybe later some of the other members will have some ideas.

Debra, Welcome to the forum. Like techie I hope someone comes along who can give you some suggestions about Sadie's behavior. I'm at a loss for any explanation....Sorry.
