Default Bull Mastiff x Lab mix

I am planning on getting a Bull Mastiff Lab mix. The father was 140 lbs and the mother was 80lbs. I was wondering about how big it would get, and what are the chances of it getting along with chihuahuas/

Hi RickyBobby Well you could google the breed+info in the search field then enter! Iam so glad you want to get some research on a breed that you are interested in Too many people just go and get dog with out doing any home work first. There is no reason why a new different breed shouldn't get along with a different breed that you might have already.

Socialisastion is soooo important for dogs to get along with other dogs this should start from day 1 as soon as you get your new addition and at 12 weeks for all other dogs when out on walks after your dog has had it's initial vaccinations. So do your research first it could save a lot of head aches later! If you are going down the rescue route again do your home work with as much help you can get from a rescue/shelter first be sure to ask as many questions as you can if you aren't happy with the answers then keep looking till you find what you like on all accounts Good luck
let us know how you get on! ATB

RickyBobby... I have 2 collies and a Chihuahua. Never had one problem. Our older Collie will actually lay down and play with the Chi. Our younger Collie, not so. I do supervise play time with the two of them. The funniest thing I have ever seen, is a Chi dangling in the air, on the other end of a pull toy. Take the advise from Bigboy on socialization. I have come to find that all breeds, if properly socialized, can get along. I did read that Chi's should not be around hunting breeds. Because a Chi can run at full tilt, stop on a dime and change direction, a hunting breed may say, "wow, that looks like a rabbit," so accidents can happen. I have not experienced this, but I suppose it could happen.
