the only thing I can say is make shore you socialise and train this dog as much as posable . Because with all those 3 breeds in his make up, he could very well become a dangerous dog easly and qickly.

Food wise, feed the highest quality food that you can afford. It will give him a good start in life
![]() And I agree with vixen, socializing is a must! If he hasn't had all his shots yet, have people come over and meet him, and if they have dogs that are friendly and reliable and have had all their shots, ask them to bring over the dog as well. Early socializing is invaluable, and is extremely important. When he is up to date, I would advise puppy classes asap. They are great for socializing with other puppies and learning how to teach him basic commands such as sit, down, come, etc. Good luck with the puppy and hope to see pictures! |

you need a high class food to ensure he gets everything he needs. calcium will be important for this dog thus to the bone structure (if he gets the heavy side of the genetic make up). Also do not overexercise him when he's young, if you do this dog will run risk of dysplacia. And socialisation will be key for this dog with dogs and humans, you have double guard and double fight. He will guard even IF you socialise so that wont be nothing you will be needing to encourage. If you do he might go very unstable and you can't enjoy your sweet dog. Oh and please show us photos I love all three breeds and would LOVE to see pictures...

Hi and Welcome
You need to buy a good quality large puppy food. He is going to be big and powerful so you mustgive him the best food to can afford. As he is going to be so big you must always let him know that the are pack leader, and your family are next he must learn that he is the last in the pack, even so young he will try to be dominant, and if you have children don't let them play to rough with him, it might to fun when he a baby but remember the power he'll have when he's grown up. And I know you will this already but just in case! Don't leave children alone with him even as a puppy he can do serious damage. But saying all that I hope you and your puppy have a wonderful long and happy life together.. ![]() ![]()

rotties and mastiffs are far from agressive imo. since the pit is already cut , I dont think it should be a problem at all, However socializing any dog is a must. |

I don't have experience of that particular mix, like others have said careful socialisation is a must - but that goes for any puppy anyway! Rotties and Bullmastiffs aren't all aggressive of course, but as they are guarding breeds they can become a little anti-social if not taught to interact with lots of people and dogs.
We used to have another guarding breed, the Pyrenean Mountain Dog and the socialisation was very important with them too as they have a tendency to be quite reserved with strangers. The best quality food you can afford is essential, supermarket food is rubbish. Other than that, lots of stimulation and a 'job' to do will be important as all three breeds have quite a high drive. If you don't stimulate, that's when the problems will start. You also need to be a firm leader from the beginning as they are breeds that need a strong leader to respect.

Welcome to DF hope you enjoy it here.
Have to agree Mastiffs and Rotties arent always aggressive in the right hands, all dogs have to makeup to be ill mannered and dangerous, training is what is important with this mix and dont forget picces, that's the important thing here, ive never seen a mix of these breeds before.xx
