If you really are set on getting another dog of this mix, look at the dogs at your local shelters and rescue groups. Check out petfinder.com but remember shelters/rescues don't update constantly because there's so much work to do. I've seen some beagle/jrt mixes before and I think they are a more common mix since both breeds tend to be escapees. Although I must say, this mix could definitely have some hard dogs. Keep in mind that since this is a mix, your dog may have a completely opposite temperment than another beagle/jrt mix, since the temperment in the "breed" has not been established.

Look at your local shelters, and whatnot.

You may be able to find a Jack/Beagle mix that you like, AND you can be saving a puppy/dog from death row, also adding to your family.
