Family Dog,14 years old and STILL Dont know his breed - DogForum.net

Our family dog is called mitch,he is 14 years old 9we got him from the RSPCA when he was 6 months old) and we have no idea what breed he is

He is Very Inqusitive,Scared stiff of Storms,is quite active,Will refuse to fetch and is a VERY Good watch dog (Caught 2 theives!).Anyhelp would be much apprictiated

Hmmm i reckon he might be cross bred...

I think he crossed between a borzoi and a Labrador retriever...

Ears look like he could have some German shepherd in him. The wirey coat maybe Airdale or some terrier breed. I also think a Yellow Lab might also be in his mix.

In his face he looks a lot like Colbi...

Yellow Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd/maybe some sort of Terrier?

Noticed he had white paws and a little white tip on his tail so I'm also going to throw in Collie/Shepherd/Lab/Terrier mix.

hmm i'll have a pop at this, im thinking yorkshire terrier/norfolk terrier,then a golden retriever.

he looks like the dog off of because of Winn Dixie but I don't know what breed that is. he's a cutie for SURE!
