Default Help :) Name that breed!

Hi all. I just posted in the new members forum, but thought I would pose the question here since it is appropriate... any ideas on what kind of breed mix this is?

I see some sort of bully breed but don't see anything specific other than a great looking dog.

Rottweiler makes me a little nervous b/c I am a first time dog owner. am I correct to say that rottweiler's tend to be dominant and therefore require a very dominant owner?

Have you considered taking him to obedience classes straight away? That would be my recommendation no matter the breed; however, especially so in a more powerful breed as he undoubtedly is.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Then, with a great attitude like that & lots of patience & consistency, I wouldn't worry too much about any breed traits until he gives you reason for concern. Then, you just need to find a way to redirect negative behaviors into positive ones.
