Hi nidzokrki and welcome aboard to Df so have you now took this pup in to rescue it? Looks in good shape though and adorable too How ever please get it checked out at a vets to be sure and it will probably need vaccinations/deworming too! Also try and find out its age and wether it is mirco chipped. it always gets to me why people do this to dogs. At that age i wouldnt keep it out doors chained up thoiugh best to bring puppy in doors where its warm etc do let us know what you plan to do

He is adorable. To me he looks very much like a Samoyed puppy...or at least part Sammy. Here is a picture of a Sammy pup, what do you think?

Excellent and kudos for rescuing him Can I ask is this the first dog you have had? Please keep us updated on his progress and have you choose a name for him yet?

In my view, the breed is "Samoyed". Looks like you have found a furry friend full of love.

He's cute. Hopefully there's not an owner missing him.
