Default Dog Photo Christmas Cards

Hope this is posted in the correct place if not apologies and feel free to move it.

Dog Photo Christmas Cards

For all of you who like to send Christmas Cards with a picture of your own dog(s) on them you can buy thense at Asda at least at the one's with the Digital Photo kiosk.

Two years ago I got mine from WH Smith but when I tried there last year I had no luck .

So thought I would post this incase anyone was having trouble locating them . They work out at around 4.90 for 10 cards. They are good quality cards with an insert for your picture of youir dog or whatever other subject you wish.

I have since been told that some branches of Boots have them, but I tried my local branch without success. Though they do have calendars which you can insert your dog or whatever subject you like and personalise these.

Carole My local Tesco only have the calendars, but don't seem to stock the cards.
Also the Asda one's you use your own pictures and just slot them in. Looks like the Teso one's are made up for you as they are much more xpensive.

I enjoy doing them myself as I feel they are more personal.

May be they are, but friends have said to me how nice it is that I have taken the time to make them.

Fair enough but you are making these too as you are using pictures which you have taken of your own dogs to peronalise these and I get similar remarks from friends,So to me it's six of one and half a dozen of the other and these are my personal prference.

Not going to get into a big discussion or an argument over this so I will leave it here, as amy reason for posting this was to make people aware they were available if they wished to purchase them. not to get into a debate over them.

Thanks Eunice, I'm going to get some of the cards you suggested.

Each year I think about making my own 'craft' cards, and I've also got the kits to make them on my computer, but to me, they still look 'homemade'. Which is fine, but not appropriate if you are sending them to a client or organisation.

I've passed on my homemade kits to the kids in the family, they enjoy them.

No offence was intended just a different point of view.
