Why are you looking for such a young puppy? What are your plans for the puppy? Will it be an inside or outside pet, companion, show, competition, guard dog?

All of these questions and more will be asked by most breeders.

Welcome to Dogforum.
I encourage you to read some good dog books. Firstly, puppies arent ready to leave their mothers before 8-10wks (2.5+ months).
Now, Pitbulls are illegal in the UK but you may have mistaken a Staffordshire Bull Terrier as a Pitbull. They are quite common and there are a few good breeders in the UK.
Rottweilers can also be found from a good breeder, just google for breeders and try to find a reputable breeder.

Good luck with your search.

Yes they are.
But with the greatest respect, I think you need to learn some more about the basics of owning a dog before you think about owning one.

A one month old puppy isn't good at anything other than eating and sleeping.

Since you're unsure about so many things; a Rottweiler rescue would be a great place to begin your search. They'lll be happy to educate you on the breed and work with you to decide if a rottie is a good match for you.

Good luck!
