I'm not much good at dog identification but i'm sure there are many on here who will be able to help you. In the meantime you might like to look in the gallery and see if there's a similar dog.

By the way, welcome to the forum - he is one handsome Dog!

Looks like an American Staffordshire Terrier to me. Could have some other bull terrier in him but the staffy seems to the the outstanding trait.

Beautiful dog. Did you buy/adopt him or find him? Is it a him?

Hi Steve and welcome to the forum.
If this dog is coming from Thailand I would not know what to say as I have no idea what breeds are common there. But it does look like a Pit Bull to me like G&H said.

I do not see this dog as full blood Pit Bull, I see a possible mix of Chinese Shar Pei.
Notice the muzzle, it is broad and not snippy like most Pit's.
Also, the body is not muscular like a Pit.

I also see wrinkles in the front and possibly on the withers.

The legs are slinder like an old style (original) Pei.

When you get the dog, send pictures of the entire body.

Very nice looking dog.
