Heres my girl you can see the rather large growth on one of her legs...she needs help

this is my old girl--I rescued her 11 years ago..she has been at my side every day since...I am on Disability and cannot find a vet in the LeHIgh -Ft. Myers florida area willing to take her and help her with my budget...I have offered to sweep floors clean dog poo..dog sit..whatever was needed so that they would help her.. these growths have made her so uncomfortable and miserable but being the love that she is does not compain and tolerates me cleaning the bad ones even tho it hurts her...if you know of an animal hspice that would be willing to help her in trade for my services -doing whatever - I don't care- as mall sacrifice onmy part for herlove for the past 11 years..please e-mail me and let me know--I am desperate..I just don't want to see her suffering ..it hurts me so deeply-
