I was born in Perth, Western Australia. My Da was a Texas fgarm boy station there during WWII. Mom and I came to Texas in June of 46 when the war brides were allowed to safely come...and in order of their length of marriage.
I grew up on a farm, got my first dog, an English Setter puppy for my 11th birthday. I opted for the dog over a watch. I grew up hunting and fishing, quite the tom-boy, and the oldest of 3 brothers and one sister...and very bossy according to them
I was married March 13, 1965 and we just had our 44th anniversary this past March. Hbby is cross country trucker due to retire in a couple of years, but will probably continue to make som runs. |
