I don't know how to do a screenshot!

just get to the part that you are stuck on, and press "Print Screen" on your keyboard, this will take a picture of your screen or a "screenshot" and you can paste this into microsoft paint and save then post it on the forum so they can see exactly what you are talking about.

I don't have print screen on my keyboard. I'm on a laptop but my desktop has it but I'm not having this problem on my desktop!

Any other suggestions!

I am on a laptop that has the print screen button, do you have a button on your compact keyboard that is next to your insert/pause button and num lock/scroll lock button that might say something like sys rq? Even compact keyboards have print screen in some way or form it just might not look exactly like your desktop's key.

What brand laptop do you own may I ask? If i know the brand I can take a quick look at the keyboard. I personally own a sony vaio so if its sony its where I described.

If you do not have "Print Screen" you can download a freeware program here:
http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
You may want to set it up so that it does NOT load automatically on startup otehrwise it will slow you down.
You can configure it to use any hot key from "PrintScreen" to F1 through F19, or use keyboard shortcuts like "ctrl + F1" or "Shift + F1" etc.
