You are going to make some people very happy! (and I can almost hear those at overclock.net applauding now :-) )

Hiya all, I'm Louuie's fiance/Dyno's dad and will be help Louuie get everything setup to fold for team 52013 . She is right in that we've racked up just over 11,000,000 since we started earlier this year. It's been great to start using our computers to help causes we both feel strongly about while they are not being used for gaming and usual computer stuff.

If anyone has any questions or problems with F@H, please don't hesitate to ask. I don't always have an answer right away, but I can usually get people pointed in the right direction to get it resolved rather quickly. I looked around, but I didn't see any mention of great little program that REALLY simplifies getting yourself setup, Jedi's FAH GPU Tracker V2. I have found this little guy to run pretty painlessly and makes it easy to stop/start/pause the client all in one little screen. It has a very user friendly interface which helps clear up some of the confusion when first starting.

Anyway...thanks for the welcome. We'll be moving rigs around from time to time for contests and other folding events, but it's nice to be part of this team .

That's great! I had to stop due to a software conflict with a major tool for my work. Glad to have you folding for us!

Folding is a great thing to do and I applaud you for doing it. EVGA are our rivals on Overclock.net (friendly rivals ). The owner of this site also owns Overclock.net, perhaps switch to folding for them if you support this site?

Ultimately it is the folding that counts and not who you are folding for, so thank you!

Thank you all for warm welcome.

I realized that this site was a sister site to Overclock.net (I actually pointed Louuie over to this site a few months ago after I saw a subforum for it over at overclock.net), but I didn't realize I shouldn't link over to EVGA. My apologies. My only intent was to share information about another program that many prefer because it is very user friendly. OCN also has a great wealth of information which is why I frequent that site as well.

As for moving all our rigs to OCN....not gonna happen I fold and crunch for EVGA:

Louuie's rig will dropping wu's into the Dogforum.org bucket because she enjoys this community

Please excuse my ignorance but I have no idea what folding is apart from what you do when you take the clothes off the line. LOL. Would someone please explain...thanks.
