Yep I bet they do! They can probably feel the change in the air pressure. I hope you don't lose power. If you do you all can pile into the bed to stay warm
Stay safe!

My gosh, this has been a STRANGE winter. We got snow here on the Texas coast about every 30 years, and then usually no more than an inch tops. Christmas 2004 we got over 5" on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day morning. Then this past Dec. 8 (2017) we got 4". UNREAL.

And we have had more cold days in the 30's this winter than in the last 4-5 combined. Last year we had two nights that hit 22 and I called them our Two Day Winter. Year before we never hit freezing. This year---freezing more than a dozen times. It hit the fire bushes so hard I am was not sure they would come back. Hasve a few leaves sprouting at the base, but that is no promise they will fully recover. My hibiscus is coming back great. Lemon tree and orange tree are covered with blooms. The little pear tree lost all it's leaves and we were not sure about it as it is only a year old and was small, but it is sprouting new leaves. And all that freezing weather and the snow didn't bother my daisies or sweet William one iota. They kept right on blooming all winter long.

Hopefully this will be the last of the bad weather up in the east. My sister in NC got snow.We are done with our cold weather here..compared to up north, but I am cold at 50 and it has been gtting that low at night.

Talked to my sister in NC this morning. Thy got snow on Monday and school was delayed 3 hours on Tuesday due to icy roads. She is so ready for summer to get her.
