Default Dog show pics!(BTW:they arent very good)

Sorry, these pictures are just aweful! but i wanted to share them anyways...
turns out i could take pictures while in the show ring, first i tried without flash so they were all "in motion" looking, then i tried without the flash and it turned out really dark! It wasnt lit very well...plus the outside doors were open so it wasnt the best light in the world...
So sorry, but you can still kinda make out the dogs!

Took these just for Bmom:

these are easier to make them out, but just dark sorry!

Dalmations...(sorry, the guy ran right in front of my camera with his pup when i pushed the button lol)

rhodesian ridgeback(sp?)

thats it! sorry guys! i was going to get some of the labs, but the were shown at 8:30 this morning, and werent going to be back till best in show which didnt start till 4:30, andy and i were hungry so we left after we watched a few diff. dogs in the ring and a couple obedience trials! We also got a tour and a ton of booklets on starting to show and general akc rules!
as for the golden ret. there was alot of them...but all were being groomed in a seperate area...i didnt want to be in the way so i just stood at a distance and watched them being groomed!
sorry guys for the bad pics., hope you enjoyed anyways!

Thanks for sharing your pics. I snagged the 2 dark ones & lightened them up for you. Hope this helps.

You're welcome. It was quick & easy. I used Paintshop Pro ... 2 functions ... "one step photo fix" and then added a value of 20 in brightness & voila. If you ever need help with pics again, just let me know.

Hey I took a crack at lightening them too. Maybe it's my monitor, but after messing with them I got them to look good on my PC.

Ain't digital editing wonderful?

Mine were still a little dark but yours look pretty grainy/splotchy on my monitor. Methinks somewhere in between would be the best for these pics.

Yeah, you can only take it so far. I was using some bundled software that came with our Canon camera. That software is loaded on the PC downstairs (the one with the crummy monitor). When I look at it on hubby's upstairs computer (the one with the fancy graphics cards he uses for engineering) I can see the splotchiness. I have a PC at work that has both Photoshop AND a decent monitor so that is where I should be doing this kind of thing.
