Default Amazing pictures of a golden and his green wing mascaw!!

They are obviously not mine but I thought they were worth sharing.
it's so pretty to see a mascaw flying next to a gorgeous dog.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I did.L
RIP, my beloved Priska!.

Those ARE some amazing pictures! Especially considering that the only type of creature that my sweet Golden Sophia would dream of harming would be a large bird.

I loved those pics! I have my doubts whether Ozzy would actually try to kill or eat a bird but I know he'd probably play one to death. I love taking him to the local pet stores (we have 6 big stores & several small ones) and 3 of them always have a variety of birds. He loves it when they talk to him through cages but I can't imagine one flying peacefully beside him without him trying to pounce & play catch the birdie.

I take that back ... if he played it to death, he'd likely eat it too.

kira would chase it, don't know what would happen after. she pobably apw at it and scare it to death.

Charlie (our golden) wouldn't touch it though with him being around parrots,c ockatiels, and parakeets since 3 monthes though.

Wow! I had a blue and gold when I had the shepherds, but uh they did not get along very well, and the dogs would keep their distance if Teddy was out.
I have a funny bird story though. I had also a African grey with a HUGE vocabulary. I also had a harliquin dane rescue. My grey would wait until the dog was totally asleep with head under whatever table etc. Then YELL in my ( now ex) husbands voice " LILLY- GET IN HERE".. The poor dog would jump awake and start staggering through the house looking for him, as the bird laughed saying things like " Oscar- don't do that..".. The poor dog never did figure it out..
