Great video!!!! I think I will have to try B's 37 step program after my hip replacement. He does great on those steps, for being a "low rider."

I only counted 36 steps but probably missed one.

Yup, you missed one because the slide show is made up of 5 ten second video clips and there is a tiny bit of overlap.
