Default Once upon a time there was a stuffed lion...

Sadly, it lost it's life(well stuffing) to a dog named Miyavi *tear*

Bought Miyavi this toy today-she was just ripping out it's mane then she suddenly decided it needed to be de-stuffed. It had a lot more stuffing then I thought XD

Aww, poor lion...When Chessie was a pup, we went through this with this great stuffed frog (well I thought it was great). It was green and made ribbt sounds when you squeezed it. It had two large hind legs, two smaller front legs, great eyeballs, and things that looked like little ears. Chessie loved it too-even after she removed all four legs, both eyeballs, and both ear things. She would carry around this odd-looking green fuzzy box that still said ribbt when squeezed and wasn't even embarrassed to bring you this 'box' when you told her to go get her frog

Destuffing that lamb must have worn her out

Ha! de-stuffing does seem to be exhausting. I was surprised that Miya managed to get all the stuffing she did from a little hole. Seems lucy did the same

I love how they have to spread the stuffing all around/have it everywhere instead of keeping it in one place

LOL! I could never figure out how a little stuffed toy, could hold so much stuffing. All my dogs have destuffed toys at some point. Harley, which is really strange, has never destuffed anything. He carries around Scooters little stuffed toys, which could really be destuffed in minutes. Only his favorite toy, monkey, is missing both ears.

Susie has never destuffed her teddy bears, she still has the same one after 8 years. Lucy, on the other hand is the worst destuffer. How they manage to get the stuffing out of a small hole that you have trouble finding is beyond me.

LOL, yes!!! We are talking a hole so tiny you can hardly get your finger in it. Yet the entire living room is filled with stuffing. How do they do it?????

I was just reading in a book by Jean Donaldson that hunting/wolf instincts appear somewhat randomly in dogs. Miyavi obviously got the "eviscerate" instinct good and strong!

Rosie kills her toys repeatedly by shaking them, but never unstuffs them. She has stuffed toys she's had for 9 months (she's 12 months old.)
