Default Cooper's getting bigger

4 months now.

This is him at 3 months. The weather was nice so we took a 15 min walk through the woods behind my house. He was thoroughly checked for ticks, no worries. :

And him splashing around in the tub (3 months again):

He was 22 lbs when we brought him to the vet, which was 2 weeks ago.

The vet was very happy with his weight, since most golden pups are a bit more big around the waist. We're feeding him 3 cups of large breed puppy food, but even though its large breed I'm probably going to start mixing it with our large breed adult food with the rate he's growing. His ribs are way too pronounced IMO, but it could be the worms, and he only has a week left in medicine for that and then we send a stool sample in, so hopefully he'll get a little less like a severe hourlass soon.

He's really fun to be around though. He had was very possesive at first and would bite/growl if you tried to take something from him but we got that worked out, and now he's wonderful (except for the fact that he likes to hump Kira's head, that is!)

Cooper may be getting bigger but I don't think he can get much cuter! What an adorable boy you have :-)

He is a sweetie of a puppy. I would feed him two cups moring, two cups afternoon. He could use some cover on the ribs and rear, he is growing and needs the protein, might give him a slice of cheese couple times a week, egg maybe two times a week shell and all. That will give him some calcium and more protein. He is a lovely looking puppy.
