Default Dog Park Fun

Just got back from taking Boone to the leash free. He made some friends and really adored a 7 month old female English Bulldog. But of course all good times must come to an end, a women came in with a Boxer who really fouled my mood and I'm sure several of the other owner's moods. He was completely out of control, humping (was still intact), running over dogs, knocked me over and started jumping and mouthing me while I was knocked down, jumping up on other people and mouthing them when they came to help get him off me and the woman could have cared less. He chased Boone down twice and sent him head over heels a couple times, scaring the crud out of him and jumped on him several times and this dog was a BIG for a Boxer, just a big tank who had obviously no training. I took Boone home before he got scarred for life or seriously hurt. The other owners didn't seem too impressed with the owner and the dog either.

Anywho before the Boxer showed up some pictures of Boone having fun.

The Boxer and owner...

Oh come on that is not alot of snow we had alot more a few weeks ago. lol You snowless people haven't a clue do ya? I'll send you over some Chaz I wouldn't mind getting rid of it.

He had a great time, I was a nervous wreck I'm so used to having to be on constant watch with Drifter around other dogs and Boone just gets along so well with other dogs. Old habits die hard I suppose.

Nice pictures, I wish we still had snow. We just got back from our walk, met my guy's best dog friends so we let them run for a while. A couple of boxers playing chase with the Aussie pack. Lots of fun, now they sleep

I really dislike people who cant take responsibility for their dogs.

Great photos and yes have to comment on the snow it looks so lovely, the boxer is very big and typical isnt it an unruley dog with an owner that couldnt give a dam, I will be ohnest our dogs can play rough when they get excited but one word from us and they calm down, if for what ever reason they continue to be rough they go back on the lead till they calm down and then let off again, after this they will always be calm and play nice, if you have a willful dog you shouldnt be letting it off the lead unless you have total control lets hope you dont come accross this dog and owner again

Oh give me beech weather any day in fact in the UK we havent hardly had any beech weather lately in the summers of the last 2 years and snow well when the railways tracks cant even deal with leaves on the line what chance is there with snow LOL

Great pics! Looks like Boone had fun for a while. Shame about the Boxer's owner though, why is it there is always ONE person like that when you need it the least?

Boone does look like he had fun for a while. I don't live far from you (Niagara region) so I know what you mean about the snow. We'll have alot more before the winter is over so it's great that the dogs love it. Great pics.
