Default blake's new bed

i made blake a new bed today, not that he really needed a new bed......
poor hubby just rolled his eyes and asked me how many more dog beds i had to strategically place around the house. well as many as i can find space for of course.
i was just about to throw out an old duvet, and blake curled up on it and looked so comfortable that i thought i could make a nice cover and make it into a dog bed.
so i spent the afternoon cutting material, and embroider something on some of it and then sewn it all together.
blake likes his new bed and hubby is giving up on the discussion
i am sure i will think of other stuff to make yet

uhhhh i love baking and cooking too, anything where i can use my hands really.
i find it all relaxing, and blake enjoyed the quiet day today after the busy car boot sale day yesterday.
and now he has the bed to lounge on in style, took some persuading him to get off the duvet so i could use it silly pup, he acted like he wasn't gonna get it back

Awww that is so nice he likes it, he sure looks like he does. I love to bake banana nut bread, nuts are outrageous in price, but I bought some and bananas, so think I will make a couple today to pass time and something to do. I have alot of Wolf Gang Puck kitchen things to make it easy to chop, grind, mix etc. At Xmas I make long nut logs and chuck them full of nuts n honey, they are good with dribbled icing, cream cheese, butter.

that sounds nice, i love making my own bread, the only downside is that the mad bunch i call my family seem to eat it all in a second lol
i love red pepper and cheese bread, but haven't found the flour i need for it in uk yet, as i used to make that bread in germany. i am not even sure if i found the right name for the flour, i guess i am gonna have to find a substitute
