Has anyone used a DAP collar with an aging dog that has doggie Alzheimer's ? I have a 15 year old Westie and the changes in the last several months have been so sad. We are also having real problems with her food pickiness. She has diabetes and HAS to eat to get her shot.
We've traded kibble to wet food which she seemed to love for maybe one day. We've used chicken, beef, eggs, with the canned food and she still sticks up her nose and it takes a long time until she's had enough to give her a shot. She was never picky. |

Welcome to df Barth. No I haven't tried a DAP collar with an aging dog. It's so sad when our dogs get old.

This is my FIRST dog. I didn't have one until I was into my 40's.

We have had members who have tried them in the past but I don't believe any of them used it for the issues under question here.
