The OP list has been updated for the first time since 7/7/2006!

Please note that, if you do not identify the dog park or where it is, then it makes it hard to add to the list, and even more difficult for others to find.

I've only ever been to one... Brady's Run dog park in Beaver Falls PA... and it was nice but rather... empty.

Zak, they are parks specifically set up to let dogs run off leash.
I've only been to a few but they are pretty much set up for the dogs and not so much for people.
They are completely fenced with a double gate so you can get your dog in without letting all the rest out.

Where I live the park in Bonney Lake, wa is my fav because there are just about always other dogs and responsible owners.
Most parks are too far away so it is fortunate that we also have lots of trails around that I can let her run off leash on.

I'm looking for some scenic secluded hiking trails, also a dog friendly area with wading, even swimming. The reservation has trails but you can be fined $1000 if the police feel like it-dogs are technically supposed to be leashed at all times.

Sophie is just so happy off leash and dancing beside me. I'm sure she'd enjoy wading and water if I went in first. I have to research and find some places to try.
