Default Musher's Secret Paw Protection?

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone refer me to a paw protector for extreme heat? Tis' the season here in Southern Arizona. It already hit 90, but because the nights remain cool we walk around 08:00. Soon I will be up and out at 07:00 and then 06:00....and then 05:00 walking in my sleep donning a baseball cap ugh!!! I don't have sidewalks here. It's a small community with paved roads that get extremely hot. Does anyone now anything about Musher's Secret? Will it work on hot surfaces as well? What about booties that are flexible? He will wear them but I need them to fit well. He is a 40lb dog with the frame of a whippet with skinny legs, medium paws.

Thanks for any suggestions and advice.

When Chessie had a paw injury, I purchased the mutluks all weather boots. It was summer here at that time and they worked out great. They were very light weight but provided good protection for her paws.
