Default Weather

We are certainly having a long session of snow. It has been snowing pretty well steadily since Saturday and is not stopping. Had my driveway plowed out yesterday and will have to get it done again tomorrow. Never shovelled as much snow as I have this year.

I have one of those portable type garages for my Van and when I knocked the snow off the roof today, it is right up to the edge of the roof so nowhere for the snow to go. Just hope it does not collapse on my Van.

We had a bit of a thaw before this snow came so some of the snow on the ground sank down a bit but there was still a couple of feet for the new snow to pile up on.

We have been able to practice Agility in the unheated arena almost every Wednesday and Saturday till now only had to miss some because way to cold. Our first trial is March 3rd farther north from where I am.

I am half afraid to say anything as I don’t want to jinx the winter weather thus far...it surely hasn’t been great but I have to admit we have had a lot worse by the beginning of February (and as I write that I am remembering that most of our bigger snow storms have come in February...) but we have had roller coaster weather so far— cold, freezing cold, warm up snow, warm up, rain, rinse repeat. I think I am going to not say anything more as “rain with a wintry mix” is forecast for tomorrow night into Wednesday and those wintry mixes have a funny way of ending up “shovel-able”!

Well send some of the snow (only snow!) out to our mountains! We could use it
