Default Dog biscuit recipe (from holiday leftovers)

Tired of eating leftover turkey? Make dog healthy biscuits out of it! here is an easy recipe that your dogs will love! It sounds pretty good to me anyway...

---
2 cups leftover turkey, chopped
2 cups (total) leftover sweet potatoes and any green veggies
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (use Thanksgiving leftovers)
2 large eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons safflower oil
2 tablespoons dark molasses

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

Spray your cooking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine your turkey, veggies, oil and egg yolks only (reserve the whites for later). Blend until fairly smooth; some small lumps are fine.
Put the flour and parsley in a large mixing bowl. Now slowly add the blended mixture.
Mix well until you have a dough.
Roll the dough into a log shape, and put into the refrigerator until firm, about 1-2 hours.
When firm, take out and slice into cookies about an inch thick.
Place on cookie sheet, and paint each cookie with the reserved egg white.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of each cookie.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; turn oven down to 250 and let your cookies bake for another 20-30 minutes. Do not let them get too brown.
Turn off the oven, but leave your cookies inside to dry out. This will take about 3-4 hours.

I do not know if i will have all those ingredients. That is alot of trouble for me to make for 7 shepherds to eat in no time. I have sugar roll out cookes yet to make and some with filling in them. Been baking every day and made my fudge, so I might pass on this, probably have ham and that is not good. Sounds like a good one will copy n save to make later for New Years maybe, thanks.
