Thanks for sharing. I do walk around the neighborhood with my dog but I have not yet tried running or exercising with it. I have seen many people around the hood jogging with their dogs and there's even this elderly guy who runs with a GSD with no leash. It's something that I want to do too so I guess, I have to see first if I can manage with my labrador in tow.
